There's so many things beside phone cards. Engagement ring, receipt of engagement ring, pictures of you together, pictures of you, your fiance and her family together, board passes from every time you visit your fiance. Other things you can have too are affidavit of third parties - this is an affidavit from friends or family who knows and acknowledge that you and your fiance have a legitimate relationship and have known so. How many times have you visited her in her home country?

Besides phone card, i also gave engagement ring receipt, pictures together, pictures with fiancee and relative, board passes, receipt of where we went while i was in Cambodia. Bascially everything that prove we're not fake. Maybe because of visit? Due work, i don't have a lot of vacation. I visited her 2 wks ever since i never re-visit again.

Mon413: Parents introduce us. I will call her tonight on more info.. Just got out from late shift work and hear this bad news.

This is my worst nightmare I got put into AP 12 days ago. We showed more than enough evidence. Have been together for a year and 8 months now and I have traveled to see him 8 times and we have phone records that show that we talk everyday and how much I spend on calls. How long have you been together? any previous marriages or divorces? any kids? any age difference? did they deny her at second interview?

We're only 2/3yrs apart. I think the reason for a denial was i only visited my financée one time for 3wks. Until then i never re-visit because i cannot afford to take a no-pay vacation like the first visit i did. As many might not know, it took almost 20hrs to fly one way.

What is the best option for me now? Contact Congress to help me (how??) or go back to Cambodia and get marry then apply for I-130 and at the same time apply for K3 visa and I-129F as describe here,

http://ww w.uscis.gov/family/family-us-citizens/k3-k4-visa/k-3k-4-nonimmigrant-visas Sorry i cannot put a link up so i put a space by "w"

Please provide advise. Thank you

I think a lot of the denials in Phnom Penh come down to how much time is spent together, physically present in Cambodia or wherever. If you're only in Cambodia one or two times for a week or two at a time, then proving a real relationship is difficult here. Unfortunately these engagements are judged from a Western/American perspective and not a Khmer perspective.

My suggestion on how to make easy on phone call try use viber tango or line and internets app that help save. Money on making call to you love one I reall recommend use the company call omley that I use to call cambodia better the calling cardvthat was my strongest evidence that I show co if you interested pm your number ill have my sale rep. Call you

I'm sorry to hear bout your denial. My fiancee was recently denied as well. We fumbled a couple questions and the CO started making accusations. I am told it's very difficult to pass if you have only met once and then get engaged or married. This alone raises eyebrows. Then you factor in meeting through parents, aunts uncles and then they get really get suspicious. These white people don't know sh!t. They try to comb out fake cases and end up letting the actual fake cases go through. I work with a couple girls that passed and their cousins brought them over here for money. Then real couples such as you and I end up getting denied because they have "suspicion". Absolutely outrageous !! Again I'm very sorry about all this, I know first hand how it feels and it sucks. I am going back in May to do all new papers and pictures. Looks like you and me are on the same boat, don't hesitate to ask me questions. I am more than happy to help. Good luck. btw im running the I-130.
