I-130 march 2014 filer need help.

Hi guys,

Im n here in VJ. We file our I-130 this march 6 2014 and receive our NOA1 on march 11 2014. I just wanna ask is there anyone who has the same status like us. And we saw that f2a visa is not moving.

We are here...we filled on March 5th and got our NOA-1 March 11th. Let keep in touch and encourage each other along this long journey. Congrats btw... we are praying for a speedy process like this year end! :dancing::yes::dance:

I just want to ask why is the visa bulletin says that it is still sept 8,2013 are still in the process. Is the visa bulletin accurate. And the one on the USCIS it says 5 months.

what you have seen in visa bulletin is accurate for LPR ( permanent residents ) , are you one ? or are you an USC ?

I just want to ask why is the visa bulletin says that it is still sept 8,2013 are still in the process. Is the visa bulletin accurate. And the one on the USCIS it says 5 months.

Are you LPR or USC, I'm The beneficiary of LPR, so the 5 months pertain to LPR, we have to wait for visa to be available after the approval, it takes much more time for LPR than USC to go thru the process, good luck to you.

Hi guys.. we sent our package march 24 and received march 26, but until now no email from USCIS, and my husband told me that his parents received a package from USCIS and they didnt open it, now i am wondering if its the NOA1? but the package is big and thick.. is it possible that they send us back out I-130 application? pleaseeee i need help

That sounds like they sent your petition back. The approval letter should be a normal sized letter.

I sent my package out March 11 and receipt email acceptance on March 18, then a letter short after. Case is now at Nebraska Service Center.

09/03/14 - NOA2 received, case sent to NVC
09/10/14 - Package shipped to NVC
10/01/14 - Package scanned at NVC (no case number yet)
10/15/14 - Received case number and invoice number
10/24/14 - Complete and submitted DS-261
11/03/14 - Received AOS bill and IV bill
11/05/14 - Paid both AOS bill and IV bill

Sent in the wrong payment amount?

You'll have to call USCIS and ask... or have your parents open the package
