Pls let me so as to be sure am filling the ds260 too,where it also said is ur spouse immigrating to the USA with you? And is ur spouse immigrating to the USA at a later date to join you?,now am the petitional and my wife the USA citizen as already gone back to her base,and I am in my own.country right now,so what do u put for the answer, realy appreciate if anyone can help clear this, thank you

No your spouse is not immigrating with you. You are the one immigrating correct? The petitioner is never the immigrant.

They ask this in cases of lets say your parent or sibling or employer was petitioning you and they are asking is your spouse immigrating with you.

Citizens and LPRs do not immigrate. So the answer is NO.
