How Long to get the visa after interview? FOR K1, My interview date last MARCH 11, 2014 until now i did not yet receive it.im worried already huhuhuhu thank you for your answers i deeply appreciated god bless us vj members!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Did you check your status in CEac?

Time line for AOS 2014
June 30--- Mailed our AOS PACKET
July 2----- USPS confirmed delivery
July 9----- Received mail and txt of acceptance from uscis for I-485, i-765 and I-131
July12---- Hard copy of i-485,i-765 and I-131 in the mail
July14-----Biometrics schedule arrive on the mail, Scheduled on August 6,2014
August6----Biometrics done!done!
Sept03-----EAD/AP CARD/document production :)
Sept11-----EAD card recieved
October16--Interview AOS :)
Approved on the spot
October 24-Green Card arrived in the mail. :)

 

Timeline for Removal of Condition 2016

July 17--------Mailed our packet

July 18--------Received our NOA

Oct 12---------Biometrics appoinment

Oct 28 2017-GreenCard on Hand

 

Naturalization 2018

February 5th--------Sent I-751 package to Chicago

February 7th--------Package delivered to P.O Chicago

February 10th------Cheque cashed.

Feb 14th ------------ NOA1 delivered in mail.

March 6th------------Bio-metrics done

April 16th-------------Interview schedule (approved)

April 17th-------------Oath Ceremony scheduled

May 3rd----------------Oath Ceremony

Was it approved by the embassy (i.e. no additional documents asked) after the interview? Did you choose pickup from 2Go or delivery? Check the CEAC status as posted above. I know it is a long journey but you should be getting it anytime soon. Best of luck.

It can take a few weeks or a month or more, varies with each person. Just need to be patient.

my fiance had her interview March 11 and her visa was delivered 8 days later in Mindanao.

Wow congrats both of you ! i wish my visa will arrive soon i am just worried because i have already a ticket my flight will be on april 01 and i dont have yet sticker for that CFO

my interview was in Feb-6 and it was approved but till now im still under AP sad.png ,,,,, no one can tell how long it can take ,, good luck for u and be patient...

thank you i will i am just worried i wish it will come soon ! in my CEAC said its ISSUED i hope it will be continuosly process

YEs its approved by american consul.and there is NO documents asked..i choose delivery then my status in CEAC is now ISSUED. so maybe only few step i will get it ,,,i wish i will receive it soon thank you so much for your answer god bless

My fiance still has to get the CFO sticker, she already has the certificate so we will try to get it the day before the flight.

I am flying over so I can fly back with her on Good Friday so I hope the CFO office is open on thursday (maundy thursday)

going to call the CFO office today and find outgood luck to you!

We opted for pickup at the 2Go office Mall of Asia. From the time it was posted at CEAC as ISSUED it took 2 business days . track it at 2GO site. You will have it soon. Congrats !?

After we picked up my fiancee Pp with the package at 2go, we went directly to the CFO office at around 2 pm. Took about one hour just to get the sticker since there was a que when we got there. Total time did not include traffic getting there and going to our destination. Manila traffic is horrible. Lucky for us that my cousin drove us to the CFO office and he knew the traffic flow in Metro Manila. This was at the end of Feb of this year so I dont know how the trafific at this time so give yourself plenty of time.

in traveldocs.is YOUR PASSPORT IS STILL WITH POST

Most likely you will have it within the coming week.
