My fiance and I have filed and were approved for a K-1 visa. She arrived to America and stayed for 87 day. We were not ready to get married, we were scared, young, and I am joining police academy and didnt want her to be lonely. She did not violate her visa and we did not get married. I want to start the process again because by the time the process is done I will be done with my academy.

I want to know if I have to do anything differently filing again for her visa?

Also on the I-129F form asks Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiance'e or wife before? Do I need to fill this in if its for the same person, also if so it asks for an Alien Registration Number for her and I dont know where that number would be or if she ever had one.

The A# would have been near her name on the NOA2 I-129F petition approval. Only some consulates print the A# on the visa itself. The NOA2 is the place to find it.
