AOS Questions : After marriage

Here is the back ground:

Type of Visa : K1

In date order

She is in the United States at this time. ( Arrived Feb )

She has her Social Security Card ( Issued Feb)

We are now married. ( Married in March )

3. Form I-485: Petition for Alien Relative (note: use the non US Citizen spouse's married name on this form and list previous name/names)

My Questions are the following :

Form I-485

1) Should I use her pre married name or post marriage name? for example

Her : Bebelina Jane Smith

Me : Alton John Adams

Her Married name : Bebelina Smith Adams

2) If I use the married name : Bebelina Smith Adams on the I-485, should this name be used on all the other names as well i.e.

1. G-325a
2. I-864
3. I-485
4. I-765 (optional)
5. I-131 (optional)
6. G-1145 (optional)

Please keep in mind that some dates are only known after receipt of another document.

Use her married name on everything unless it specifically asks for maiden name. The EAD, AP, and eventually GC will be in the names specified on these forms.

03/28/2013: NOA - AOS, AP, EAD

Use the name you plan to use now that you are married on EVERYTHING, unless a forum specifically asks for maiden name.
