Getting ready to send out the petition and wondering if I have enough or if there's such a thing as too much over the last 2 years..

Phone records

Facebook messages (snippets)

Whatsapp chats (snippets)

Tons of boarding passes I go almost every 3rd weekend

He has a temporary resident visa in his passport when he came here

Tons of pictures

Facebook wall posts that have got tons of likes and comments from friends

I stayed there for 6 months and dont really have much evidence than boarding passes and pictures

Stamps in my passport

Would there be anything important that I could be missing?

Wow. That is a lot . For sure your packet will be heavy. My husband and I sent pictures of our wedding, pre-wedding photo shoot, honeymoon, fb screen shots, boarding pass of my recent visit in VA, copy of western union and the credit card that has the same last name( he applied me as his secondary holder), affidavit from my mom in-law, cousins, brother & sis in-law and my uncle from Canada. He also add his passport stamps when he visited me before and when he came for our wedding. They already receive our paper works and waiting for NOA1.

IMO, there is no such thing as too much. Now with that being said, focus on quality, not quantity.

Ultimately, only you can decide what you feel makes the most compelling case.

I can't tell you how much is sufficient or too much. However, and FWIW, here are my current thoughts on the subject, as part of a couple who will have piles of possible evidence when the time comes to submit.

I agree with Ryan H about focusing on quality over quantity. When we send in our evidence, we will be focusing on things that are harder to fake or things people are not likely to do for a fake relationship, for example:

-selection of photos spread out across times and places (photos in the same place could have been taken at the same time, but photos from various places around the world with various haircuts and a certain husband's gradual 10-lb weight gain very likely were not)

-joint finances and possessions (I have read that these are considered stronger pieces of evidence because people generally will not give that sort of access to just anyone)

-instances where one of us is the beneficiary for the other (same reasoning as above)

-living wills/powers of attorney (again, people generally will not give control over their health/lives in a medical emergency to just anyone)

Traveling internationally every three weeks is also not something that someone in a fake relationship is likely to do because it's so much fuss.

Include affidavit from third parties affirming your marriage is bona fide. Ask friends, family..

Okay I will! It would probably be a good idea to get one from his parents that I stayed with them for 5 months as well ya?
