Can anyone pls advise: Both my fiance and I have been divorced twice, the instructions says submit proof that all prior marriages have been terminated. My quesstion is are we required to submit copy of both his and mine divorce decrees OR just the last divorce decree for both? I will have to have his translated from Spanish to English by a certified translator and I don't want to pay extra if not necessay. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.

You will need to provide proper documentation that ALL prior marriages, for both of you, have been terminated.

Good luck on your visa journey.

If it says all prior marriages, then it's all prior marriages!

You will need to include divorce decrees from ALL previous marriages. If you are fluent in Spanish, you can translate the divorce decree yourself. Just include a statement that says you are fluent in both languages and you certify that the translation is an accurate translation...sign and date it.
