How much Income required and question related to I-134 form?
Hello everyone,
I just wanna ask;
1. How much income for US Citizen to be qualified to file a K1 (Fiance) Visa?
And In form I-134 (Affidavit of Support) there is question that state below;
"I have other personal property, the reasonable value of which is"
2. What do you mean by personal property?
3. What is the document needed to support the personal
property?
Hope anyone can help me this...Thank you and God Bless!

Many consulates like to see the 125% for the K-1 and I-134 too. See the poverty guidelines here > http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

If the income meets the requirement, then no need to list any assets at all. You can leave all those blank. Assets are not a requirement,

For the Philippines the embassy looks for 125%.

If your income meets or exceeds the 125% requirement of the I-864P you do not need to list other assets (i.e. personal property, other assets or bank statements). You only need to provide your most recent tax return and W-2. If your income does not meet the requirements look at getting a co-sponsor (which is still iffy with Manila)

you have to be at 100% of the proverty level to file k1 and 125% to adjust status

Not true for all embassies, many want to see 125%.
