Thanks for the clarification but I this is really a bone head decision by whoever decided to use TSC as a dumping ground instead of spreading the work load around.

Hopefully, Spurs winning the championship will movtivate them to move more petitions, I hope :)

Hey Albertalex!

"According to USCIS" TSC takes 5 months to process I-129F petitions, theres nothing you can do Now till your 5 months..

You are not able to transfer. If that was possible, CSC would have a backlog of 15,000 petitions by now :).

Unfortunately, you, like the rest of us, are being punished based on our location in the US. I suppose you can call and request a transfer, but I think you would have a better chance at winning the lottery.

Of course you can go visit.

According to my inquiry with the two state senators that I reached out to about the backlog (no I did not provide my case number or anything like that) but rather a long letter about the discrepancies between the two centers...... the cc'ed email that one of them sent me explaining as to why CSC is processing so fast is because of all of the upcoming DACA renewals that will be hitting that center in September. Once the renewals hit that center since it is the MAIN center who will be processing them, supposedly they are going to receive priority over the I-129F and the I-130 petitions thus putting all of those on hold until they complete the DACA renewals. So based on hearing that, they are pumping out as fast as possible to keep up to date to avoid being backlogged I presume based on what I read. And also remember that CSC doesn't receive as many petitions as TSC because we have a good large amount of the populous states. Not sure how true or accurate this is, but that is the response I got from my Class III senior State senator yesterday.

All of this is a completly Joke!! So all of us we have to wait till Sep ? So why they say 4 or 5 month is this F.. process going to take more? Arrrggg all the cases are the same unless you have a disaster but I'm not agree that they say other cases are most important that I-129F or I-130 .. All of us want to be with our families Totally Unfair..

I know this is frustrating but you need to understand that in the end we are all just packages of papers to people doing their job. Most don't really care about each individual case, they don't particularly care if you're happy or sad, they're just doing their job.

And no, we don't have to wait for September. That was just his explanation as to why CSC is faster at the moment. In September they will prioritize different paperwork and therefore they might process them slower.

Keep in mind that the 5 months is an estimate, and even then the wording on the website is wrong. It's 5 months + 29 days, so basically it's 6 months before you are out of "normal processing times".

Early March filers will probably start seeing NOA2's somewhere near mid to end July or early August.

February 15th - sent package to Dallas. Took a long time to get to Dallas because of weather conditions and delays.

March 3rd - NOA1.

March 5th - Received alien registration number.

August 21st- NOA2.
September 8th - NVC received package and assigned case #
September 11th - Embassy received package.
September 16th - Received Packet 3.
September 17th - Sent packet 3 back.
September 23rd - Received packet 4.
October 14th - Medical.
October 21st - Interview. - Interview approved, visa granted!

November 1st - Moving to the U.S.
