Our petition is in the TSC. Sure is painful watching all the CSC folks move on past.

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file

Congrats to all who were approved. We also got our's last night which was totally unexpected! My fiance bursted into tears and was jumping with joy. For those who are still waiting, I hope you hang in there as things are finally moving at a decent pace.

On a side note, does anyone know what needs to happen next as far as process and forms needing submitting?

If you and your fiance have smart phones, you can get Facetime thru Vonage, Kakao Talk, or even Skype. I have Vonage so we see each other couple of times a day, everyday. And of course, if you subscribe to Vonage, voice calls are free as well.

But... you have to have internet connection... and that is just as much trouble as the phone service. And, when he can get internet to use such Apps, the government owned phone company often has them blocked, although that has gotten better.

we received an RFE after 6 months of waiting :(

The RFE states "PROOF OF INTENT TO MARRY. You must submit evidence that you and the beneficiary intend to marry within 90 days of the beneficiary's entry to the United States as a K-1. Evidence may include, but not limited to, copies od the correspondence between you and the beneficiary discussing wedding plans, evidence of wedding plans such as announcements, plans mdd to reserve a venue for the wedding, or any other evidence of your intent to marry one another, including, for example (UNDERLINED: an original statement from the beneficiary establishing his or her intent to marry you within 90 days of his or her admission to the United States.) "

I mistakenly submitted a letter for myself and not for my fiancé.

Does anyone know if re-submitting just letters of intent to marry for myself and my fiancé will be enough for this RFE or I need to include plans for the wedding and venue as well. We haven't made any such plans yet since we are not sure when the Visa will be approved.

Please help. Thank you.
