I'm sorry if this is the wrong section

but I was wondering if it is possible to expedite the visa in case my wife ( us citizen ) has anxiety and depressure problems, and

that makes her life really painful and get her life stuck, like, she can't get a job and shen can't deal with people but in a really bad way

is it a good idea to do it ?

she really needs me and she go back there to get stuff done but she can be alone for a log time because her health problem

I don't know what to do...

I also, need to help her paying for the bills and stuff

we are already married in brazil, but I don't know , is it possible to start a K1 visa in this case ?

K1 is for engaged people. You don't qualify for an expedite with what you have said. But it never hurts to try if you have doctors letters and evidence to back up that it is a hardship that you and your wife are apart and that she needs you. Will be hard to prove because what did she do before you. So you must face that you know.

But call USCIS tomorrow and request an expedite they will tell you what you need to do next.
