My sister in law is pregnant she is in the US and her husband has put a petition for her they r waiting on the nvc case number but she was wondering if could get her case expedited since she is pregnant and has to go back to her country to fix status she does not want risk going in to labor while she is out the country

Pregnancy is not a reason for expedite... If it were... EVERYONE would be getting knocked up to get here faster.. She will have to make other plans

if it is high risk pregnancy you might have a chance. but the answer is no.

They probably wont expedite her case unless there is a danger to her traveling back to her country.
