Hi there again it seems as though we hit a snag my us fiancee has forgotten one of the addresses she lived at after moving out of her parents and we are unsure of what to do how important is it that we get that address or can we get away with changing the dates to fit with the rest of the addresses and pretend she never lived at the forgotten address :)

Many thanks :)

Do not ever lied on immigration papers. It will haunted you forever if you are being caught doing so. Did she check through her stuff probably there was old mails from previous addresses?

I moved very often as well due my work but I still kept all my addresses for records. The other thing, I am not sure about this since she will have the interview at US embassy in London, they will ask police certificates where she lived and if it is not match with the information you are provided then I am thinking probably you will be in trouble.

I am assuming you already submitted the form. If yes, then don't stress out too much over this oversight. People often make errors when submitting the G-325A.

When your fiancé goes for the interview and if the IO asks her to confirm any info relating to the G-325A then it"s an opportunity to correct the oversight. She can also walk with an updated form that includes the missing address.

If however you haven't yet sent in the form...please send it with the actual information with all the relevant addresses...don't fudge information. Ask you fiancé to look for any old mail, past tax returns or school transcripts/correspondence info that may show the address that she can't remember. That's how I found one of mine!

NEVER omit anything from any form. Omission is the same as lying. Lying could constitute visa fraud. Hopefully she can get the address somehow. Did she have any bank accounts of any kind? If she did it is possible that the address could show up on a credit report. Have her go to her bank and ask her banker to run a credit report for her. Or a private detective could run a Lexis/Nexis report for a small fee I would think. (That pretty much says everything about you since the beginning of time.) A report like that even provides names/address and phone numbers of neighbors that lived nearby. Kind of scary actually. You will be surprised how much information anyone can get on you for a fee. I hope this helps.

Good luck and God Bless
