Hello I am going to file my I-751 by the end of march and I would love to hear from you guys ... I went to an immigration attorney to file Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence, he said its going to be around 2.000 till 3500 $ so I found this website and decided to do it with my wife together since we got all the information needed thanks to people like you ...

My question is: I want you to give me your opinion about the evidence we have:

*Copies of the passports and green cards of Husband

* Three sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

*Copy of the tax statement for 2011, 2012 and 2013, which we received for our checking account at Partners Federal Credit Union Bank.

*Copies of car insurance notices.

*Copy of the 24-month residential lease for our apartment, covering the period: 09/01/12 to 08/31/14.

*Copy of husband's drivers' license and copy of wife's state ID card, issued 00/00/00, showing joint occupancy at our apartment.

*Copy of joint checking account statements showing Direct deposite from both jobs mine and my husband.

*Copies of Utilities bills (Electricity & Bright house Network)

*Copies of Shared phone line contracts.

*Copies of credit card having my wife as an authorized user Amex.

*Copies of dental insurance my wife and daughter as beneficials.

* Copies of health insurance ( I had it but it has been canceled because my wife quit disney ...now I cant have one since my job provide me with one but sadly im.gonna have it till.the end of April and its gonna be late by that time.

* Pictures.

* Child school records showing both parents involvement.

* Tv and forniture bills.

*Cards.

* Walgreens medicines card.

*My disney pass has her name as a beneficiary.

*Her universal studios Pass shows me as beneficiary.

Anything I can add or remove thank you guys ....

What about Federal Income Tax Returns? Tax statement from your bank isn't enough.
