Hi dwheels,

We just got our P4 today (03/12) after a phone confirmation of case complete on 02/28 and an email confirmation of case complete on 03/07. Our interview is scheduled on 04/23 in the Mumbai consulate in India. Thank you so much for devoting your time to this forum.

Hi dwheels76, I don't have case completed yet, but they scheduled an appointment on April 1st. They are going to finish my AOS forms with the officer. I received the email yesterday.

That's still case completed. I had case completed and didn't give NVC nothing but our marriage certificate. Many people have documents and things not completed at NVC and they will have to present at interview. But you are case complete with NVC.

When was your case complete date? Ask NVC for that. I will add you. Congratulations.

Also when did you get your interview appointment today or yesterday?

Did they asked for the DS-260 confirmation receipt? I asked our lawyer about that but she said no need to bring since its not stated on P4.
