Haha, I love the "with YOU!" part, I've always thought the enthusiasm there was funny. It's so frustrating alternating between the different speakers and the glitchy hold music. Every time the music pauses and the voice changes I come to attention, and then... nope, just being told how much they value my time again

After 3 years from dealing with NVC, I can still perfectly hear those voices in my head as I read the lines

And yes, when ever the music paused and the voice changed, I always thought I finally got through to an operator. But alas, no

I am actually listing to it right now, and on hold for 25 minutes, and yes its a brief delay

I think my shortest-ever hold time for NVC was around 8 minutes, but the average is more like 15 minutes. It's extra torture having to listen to what amounts to a skipping CD the whole time I've just given over the beneficiary's email address, so I'm looking forward to a hiatus from these daily calls!
