Just got off the phone with a Tier 2 rep (fiancé and I just passed the 5-month estimated processing time so it was time to make a call!) and she informed me that they are currently processing primarily September NOA1s...

Hope that helps...wish I could tell you they were moving faster than that! : /

Just got off the phone with a Tier 2 rep (fiancé and I just passed the 5-month estimated processing time so it was time to make a call!) and she informed me that they are currently processing primarily September NOA1s...

That helps to hear! We are October filers. If you follow that thread, soooo many people there have already been approved. People that applied after us and already have their fiances in the states!!! Feels like just 3 of us that are still waiting and waiting. I hate this. I'm expecting us to go past the 5 months processing, so if it's sooner it will be a nice surprise.

I know! I'm so excited for everyone who is cruising through the process, but it is difficult to see people move ahead on these threads while we're still at a standstill...

Trying to take it to mean that we can't be far behind?

If there are other September/October 2013 TSC-ers still waiting for their NOA2s, please do let us know. For emotional solidarity's sake, but also to see if perhaps together we can gain a bit more insight into where things stand. Anyone, for example, have a 5-month mark coming up who could put in a call to a Tier 2 rep? I plan on checking in weekly, but that means I won't call again until Thursday...self-restraint, self-restraint

We received NOA1 on Dec 5th from TSC and haven't heard anything about NOA2. I hate seeing they are still working on September petitions, but glad to know. I guess I too will be expecting to pass the five month waiting period. sighhhhhhh

Well, I guess this is one instance in which you can take heart in the total lack of rhyme or reason. I've been told on the phone that they are currently processing September 2013, but there are most certainly people on the November and December 2013 Filer threads who have already received NOA2s. Of course each case is unique, different nationalities take longer, etc. etc. but really can't even begin to guess what is causing these HUGE discrepancies.

Fingers crossed that you'll be one of the speedy ones! You (literally) never know!
