nvc not yet receive

Hello everyone,

Im a new here, i want to ask some question. Me and my gf already file a K-1 Petition last August 2013, and every thing is going ok and fine., last January 9 2014 i receive a Notification of Action (it is call NOA1? im not sure about this) they says that our document already submitted at National Visa Centre and they processing our paper. the working time is 2-4 weeks and they sending us a notification again. but until now we never receive any notification. my fiancé, she working in Malaysia but the processing her visa in Philippines, she need to go back in her country. She's now filing a resignation to her job so she can easily to leave. The things we worried is until now we never receive the notification from NVC., What we need to do? we need to send a mail to NVC or we just wait again for another month?

I would call them. They might have very welled have received it and working on adding it to the system. I was calling them every week until they said they got it. The wait is anywhere from 20-25 minute on hold tho :/

Here is what you want to do:

> Start calling the NVC until they give you your MNL case number.

> Once you have your MNL case number, pay the visa application fee at BPI.

>. The next business day after you pay the visa application fee at BPI, go online and schedule an Embassy interview appointment.

> Complete your medical a week or two before your interview.
