Its still in the embassy. You can also track your Passport via 2go e-trace tracking by just inputting either your case number, passport number, or UID number located at the bottom part of your appointment confirmation notice. Goodluck.

how much time should we wait after embassy interview to check 2go and CEAC site? It's probably too early for me but my fiance finished her interview yesterday (Feb 19). CEAC says Ready but after closely checking it's ready for scheduling the embassy interview...

2GO has no record found using passport or case number

Embassy says delivery usually takes 5-10 days after issuance (which is not the interview). You can check the websites everyday if you want... no big thing.

When they say ''delivery', does this mean delivery to my mailing address? I specifically stated online (I think when I scheduled the interview) that I want to pick up my passport at a 2Go mall office, so why do they mention 'delivery'? I was asked about 'delivery' too by the Filipino USEM staff at window 72 (where I was instructed to go after my interview with the American consul). And when I mentioned to the a Filipino staff that I chose pick-up, he didn't respond. So I'm kinda confused.

If you had the 2GO office at the mall listed - that is where it will be "delivered"... contact 2GO make sure it is ready for pickup and go !
