Since your timeline says K-1, you need to check under "Non Immigrant".

Do u mean that using CEAC to check your status ?. If yes, then you need to choose Immigration (IV).

Sounds like you're looking up the CEAC website. I second this, choose immigrant visa.

Yes I mean the CEAC.....which is correct non immigrant or immigrant bc my fist response said non immigrant? I check non immigration and it say no status....check immigrant and it says AP and ready with two statuses at the bottom. Im I'm confused.We filled K-1 visa

My question is why under non immigrant it says no status... but under immigrant it says AP and Ready....we sent in our RFE on this past Wednesday and it was updated on 2/14

Non immigrant does not apply to you as K1 visa applicant so it says no status
