Hi,

we started our visa on May the 3rd.

In december we got transfered to Nebraska and in the letter was written, if we dont hear in 60 Days something we should call.

So we called, and the answer was after 1,5h waiting, they are sorry but Nebraska is behind. 2 Months.

Other People that filed at the same time. have the NOA2 we still have nothing.

WE should wait till the end of March.

Is there anything we can do? I mean end of march is not so far away, but then we wait 11 Months, for the NOA2.

Thanks for your help.

Fritzi

Er called the number for the Service Center, that was written on the letter .

and we talked to an Tier 2 officer.

He said we have to wait , because they are behind.

But he sent an request

You can seek assistance from your Congressman.

yes that is the next Thing we do.

Because everybody in our timeline has the NOA2 .

We filed on May 13, 2013 and were transferred in Dec. to Nebraska as well. Of course we received the same 60 day letter and the 60 days will be up on February 20th. I have not been holding my breath that we will hear anything prior to then and had speculated that if/when we need to call after the 60 days that we would get a response as you have indicated....basically tough luck, ya we lied, we can say whatever we want and you still are going to have to wait!!!!!

So frustrating! I am prepared and my husband is prepared to call his Congress woman and Senator on day 61! Patience is being asked for far too long!

Good luck to all of us May filers dancin5hr.gif
