Can I send my AOS without my medic exam and vaccine record and get my EAD approved before they notice?

(It has been 2 years since I came to the US so medical record expired).

Urrm..why would you want to do that when it would just result in an RFE and just delay your application?

Upon receipt of all applications, they do a review to ensure your application is intact regarding everything you are required to send. If it is not, they reject the application. Worse case, they accept and then issue you an RFE for initial evidence, put a time frame on it within which you are supposed to reply and if the time lapses before your reply, your application gets denied.

I suggest you get the medical done and send of the application. It's not expensive to do the medical.

As stated, they'll probably RFE you for the missing I-693, delaying all of your applications (including the I-751) until you submit it.

When I went to the civil surgeon, he requested the blood work to verify if I had any immunity to the required vaccinations. If your lab works comes back as positive for immunity then you don't have to retake the vaccines, only for those that don't show any immunity.

I didn't have a complete record of all my vaccinations and I came back all clear. Call around for prices as they vary. I paid $140 for the exam and $60 for the lab work. I also paid $30 for the flu vaccine that was mandatory.

You either delay submitting the AOS until you complete the medical or risk the RFE if you don't. I personally would submit a complete package.

You would realize later that it is worth it finding the $300 and doing the vaccinations than sending it in without the medical exam. The latter will come back and bite you in the behind later. Maybe wait a little, get the money, do the medical exam and file.

Like everyone else has said, you will either get an rfe, or your petition will be denied if you submit an incomplete package. So you can either (1) Pay for a medical now and submit, (2) Submit an incomplete package, and receive an rfe; and then pay for your medical and submit it at that point, or (3) Save for the medical, and then submit a complete package at a further date.

Because you had your medical 2 years ago, it wouldn’t be valid now anyway... The medical is only valid for a year.
