Hey guys i never posted on the forum before because i never quite had a doubt i always look up here and your storys help me out

okay i am applying for i-485 under approval of a i-130 that my mom filled for me she is a green card holder and on the time she filled everthing i was under 21
i am gonna be 22 but i am still in protect because i didnt aged out any way ....

on februray 3 i went to the interview was awesome i was nevours i went by my self and he asked me all those questions
hold my i-94 and asked me if i had any question i was okay with everything so i went home

latter that day i checked my status denied ?! WTFREAAKKKKKK

LOL i was okay ........ why ?
first i thought it was because i had freaking court infraction i had one year ago when i accidentally had a sharp object on my carry on bag on the airport

but here its the reason ..... (gosh gonna take a while to write down if you read plz help me out love ya )

You filled form i-485 based on being child derivative beneficiary of (my moms name) who is a beneficiary of a immigrant petition

USCIS received you FORM i-485 on september 3,2013 and on February 3,2014 you appeared for a interview to determine your eligibility for adjustment of status during the interview
and review of your application with a immigration services officer you testifed under oath that the information on your form i-485 were true and correct
...
you submitted Form i-693 (TWICE BTW) Record of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record with Form i-485 the civil surgeon completing your medical examination reported on form i-693 that it was incomplete it did not indicate if your tested positive for a communicable disease of public heath (I did the test) significance ; or if you lack vaccination required for adjustment of status ; or if you have a physical or mental disorder with behavior that is harmful to yourself or other ;or if you are a drug abuser or addict .In addition you did not sing the record of medical examination (YES I DID TWICE i have copies and the check i paid the clinic ) and vaccination record therefore you are inadmissible to the united states the is no waiver available for this inadmissibility ...therefore you are not qualified to adjust status and USCIS denies your form i-485 see INA 212(a)(1) and INA 245 (a) (2)

tge evidence of record shows that when you filled your application you were lawfully present in the united states as a b-2 nonimmigrant your period of admission as a b-2 (bla bla bla) experied you are not authorized to remain in the united states an you should make arrangements to depart soon as possible failure to depart may result being found ineligible for a immigrantion benefits and inadmissible to the united states in the future see section 212(a)(9)(b) of the INA

YOU MAY not appeal this decision . however , if you believe that the denial of your form i-485 is in error (I HAVE SURE IT IS ) you may file a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider using form i-290B notice of appeal or motion ..... bla bla bla bla

sincerely

It would be impossible for you to complete & sign an I693 without going to a civil surgeon that would have you sign it prior to them sealing it, the I693 must be sent sealed to the USCIS.

Did you ever send a sealed I693 to the USCIS? You should have a copy you can review to ensure it was fully completed but that copy is of no use to the USCIS as it is not sealed by the civil surgeon.

Was the clinic listed as a civil surgeon on the USCIS site? https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=CIV (just enter your zip code).

Is the form fully complete? Something must be wrong with what you supplied, you just need to work out what.

Wait... why are the vaccinations in your language? The civil surgeon should have transcribed those onto the I693 on Page 5.

On Page 3 it would need the following checked:

B Syphilis findings: no Class A or B syphilis

C No Class A/B condition

2 No class A or B

3 No Class A or B

Are they all checked?
