I am using IE. It happens even if I don't close the browser. I'll be looking at a thread then I want to post and it says the menu has been disabled. Then I have to log in again and it makes me find the thread again and if I'm lucky it lets me post.

this happens from my home computer. I never had this problem before.

I posted this on another thread about logging in - I think it's in off topic.

I'm on Firefox 2.0. I'm on cable internet, not dial up. I can't view new posts without it hanging forever and it keeps logging me out randomly. (It will be fine for a few minutes and then all of a sudden the next post I try to see, I'm bounced out.)

Hope that helps in troubleshooting.

edit: Double post, which also keeps happening as when I complete a post it doesn't route me back to the thread, it leaves me on a blank page.

  • 1 month later...

The last few days I've been getting logged out a few times a day (even though I have 'remember me' ticked) - and this morning it's been happening over and over again. As in: "log in, start browsing forums, within 5 minutes I'm logged out again. Repeat."

This was happening at home (using Firefox on a Mac) but I don't seem to be having much more luck here at work (Internet Explorer 6.0 on Windows XP)... anyone else got this?
