Another sponsor question

Does my husband still need to fill out i-864 if he's unemployed and someone else is sponsoring me? Or does he need to fill one out regardless? Also, is there anywhere on the form to mark that we have a joint sponsor? Thanks!

Your husband will need to file an I-864 regardless if he doesn't meet the poverty guidelines. Your sponsor also needs to file a separate I-864 and check it as the joint sponsor.

Form I-864, Part 1 your husband will select 1a) "I am the petitioner." and your joint sponsor will select 1d) "I am the only joint sponsor."
