i130 was approved, what's the next step and how long to hear NVC after it was approved?

I petitioned my mom last march of 2013, it just got approved Dec 2013. I wonder what is the next step and how long do I have to wait to hear from NVC after the approval? It's been almost 2 months. It says on the letter if it is past 30 days I can send them an email. Thanks!

Here are steps you should do

- call NVC everyday until they give you your case # and invoice #

- after getting NVC case # and invoice #, go online to https://ceac.state.gov/iv/ and fill out ds-261(online choice of agent)

- after filled out ds-261, you should receive email for further instruction, then go back to https://ceac.state.gov/iv/ and pay I-864(AOS known as affidavit of support) $88 i think, then wait until AOS payment is complete, then print the out the invoice barcode

- while waiting for AOS invoice clear usually 2 business days, fill our form I-864 gather all I-864 support documents ready

i petitioned for my spouse in march as well got approved nov 20 ,nvc received my case dec16 and got my case num jan 08,got the aos fee on jan 16 and the iv packet on jan 23 if that helps .
