So i called NVC and they notified me that AoS and IV Packages were received on January 7th and 15th respectively, but still not yet reviewing ? How long ?

And regarding the IV Package , i didn't include Police certificate because i think it is not neccessary at the age of 16. If it is needed , what to do ? will they send me the checklist ? if so i send back to them ? or just wait to show it in interviewing in Embassy ?

Any help would appreciated !

It's very depend from case to case. I noticed some people only take 2 weeks. I am about to send out my AOS next week. Hopefully everything goes smooth....Best way is to keep calling NVC everyday. If they need police report, you can get the original (English translation) to the interview.

Time frame to review IV and AOS has been 20 - 25 business days . So your files should be reviewed sometime Feb 1 to Feb 15. ( 20-25 business days).

Regarding Police Certificate , its country specific. Some country will have to send in theirs during NVC while others during interview stage. I would still get one if possible so that in case it is needed.

Good Luck
