Where can I find copies of these forms from USCIS

I am told that I need a copy to send to USCIS to withdraw AOS, but my spouse, who has left me too all copies.

I am fearful of having any further contact and have been told not to contact her. So that is not an option.

I need to find:

Approval notice of I-129f petition

Receipt notice for I-485

ASC Appointment notice for biometrics.

If copies were sent to my email account--they are no longer to be found.

Does anyone know a way to retrieve these from USCIS or where they might be retrievable?

Thank you.

Hi,

I'm sorry things didn't work out. The only action you need to take to stop the entire application is to withdraw your I-864.

Hopefully someone else can chime in suggesting how best to do this, since you do not know the application number (that you are allocated when you receive the NOA1 for the I-485). Perhaps going for an urgent infopass appointment where you can explain the situation would be a good idea.

Good luck.

Remember that when nvc give you the case number they asign the beneficiary number too.

You can e-mail to nvc, and maybe they can send to you the case number and beneficiary number.

The beneficiary number is a number that you use for aos,

Then you can write a letter with her complete name and with the beneficiary number.

And they can find the record.

Or try to call uscis, I am sure that if you ask for her beneficiary number they can help you

Thank you. I believe that to withdraw the Affidavit of Support for AOS is to use the address on the Form I-797C which I have, and which my spouse left me approximately 12 hours after email notification of acceptance of the AOS.

That has the receipt of the AOS filing and the Alien#

The infopass is a good idea.

Thanks, I get lost in which number is which. My spouse who has disappeared with all the papers kept track of all the paperwork.

I do have copies of some of the forms I'll bring everything to the infopass meeting.

If you have still the I-129F Approval Notice (NOA2), you should be able to find the Alien # on it.

USCIS assign Alien# for your fiancé(e), and that number will stay with him/her for the rest of the life.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC
