hey guys my wife want to come to pakistan ..i am a pakistani citizen .. does she need a visa for pakistan while she has the marriage certificate ? please if anybody knows then help me ..

Seem like she is a US citizen. if so, then there are two ways.

1:) US passport + PAK VISA = travel to PAK
2:) US passport + NICOP card (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) = No visa need, can travel to PAK without visa.

Marriage certificate doesn't grant to travel to PAK.

ALL USC's need a visa to enter Pakistan. Married or not There shouldn't be an issue because you are filing for a greencard to enter the US. Are you asking if she will have an issue entering Pakistan because she is married to you?

Brother visa cost $120.00 for 5 years (multiple entry visa). She better make NICOP card in PAK cost 5500 rps (urgent service in 1 week). Don't make it from USA because they lost the mails and you have to make it again and they don't give you refund for that.

If she is coming from the US, all she needs to do is fill out a application and she gets 45 days & double entry coming to 90 days. I never submit anything just the application and photos. I have gotten 6 month visa's but you have to tell them a reason for a long stay and show a ticket for longer than 1 month.

Nope she does not need a visa. I myself is a U.S Citizen and when i went back couple months ago to visit my hubby in Karachi. All she needs is her US passport & National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis. The Pakistani embassy in US Is located in Los Angeles, California. Good luck!
