DId you sign up for e-mail updates with the Service Center? I did, and they emailed me on 12/17 that the file was going to NVC. Two weeks later, off to Manila.

Please be patient. You are right on the brink of this step being completed for you, probably in the next week or two.

Your P 3 is done? Police report? Medical? 134 with tax transcript?

I received my NOA2 November 21st & NVC is still awaiting my petition. I thought you are not supposed to do police report until 30 days prior to the interview? I also thought the Embassy is supposed to send you a packet that includes a list of embassy approved doctors to get your medical performed at? Now I'm confused? I have tax transcripts & letters from my employer but nothing else yet. I'll be at 8 weeks next week.

Also, how do you register for updates from the service center?

As far as the police report, I think it varies based on the country. I know in Thailand the police report is valid for 6 months.

Whoever didnt get the case transfer to NVC from USCIS and its been more than a month so you can file DHS-7001 to Homeland Security. Ombudsman office is above the USCIS and solve the individual cases. My case took 2 months to transfer from USCIS to NVC and Ombudsman really help me, also senator.

https://www.dhs.gov/ombudsman-case-assistance

you can submit DHS-7001 online too, not gonna harm you. I have submitted two times.
