I think there is a big problem. I do not think there any many if any who from that time period are still waiting. In particular waiting for IMBRA RFE. CSC is or has recently started approving some October filings.....

YMMV

First you would restart the clock and would be looking at 90 days or so before it is reviewed.

I know you have tried but your Senator's liason needs to make an inquiry and locate your case file because you appear to be way past processing. Even the USCIS website I believe is indicating June. The Senator needs to take your request seriously.

YMMV

I agree that the senator needs to do more than saying to wait your turn. There should be a more specific inquiry from him leading to some kind of action.

What about the Congessman ?

Congresman says, in not so many words

Petition is held in strict chronological order

The CSC processing times say they are processing June 15th petitions now. So as of a couple days now, you have officially waited your turn, 30 days + your approval date, and have every right to demand that the Customer Service Center query CSC to tell you what is going on.

I would go ahead and start demanding answers. If your senator isn't helping you, find a congressman.

Good Luck

That's outrageous! You haven't even received your RFE???

Something is wrong. Have they told you they have your file? Is it not lost??

what did they say exactly?

"Petition is held in strict chronological order" ROFL

That's BS. Mine took almost 8 months to NOA2 while I watched others months behind me get approved. I know how you feel.

Find another Congressman or Senator to help you. Demand it!!

Gonna try again.

You have every right to be upset and, by looking at your timeline, I would say you are behind schedule and someone should investigate. Good luck!
