That's outrageous! You haven't even received your RFE???

Something is wrong. Have they told you they have your file? Is it not lost??

what did they say exactly?

"Petition is held in strict chronological order" ROFL

That's BS. Mine took almost 8 months to NOA2 while I watched others months behind me get approved. I know how you feel.

Find another Congressman or Senator to help you. Demand it!!

I will do that, Thanks. Now that I am out of the processing dates, I am more inclined too be heard. Definitely I will show them Gary's approval list.

That, and when it's time to vote again, make sure you make a lot of noise about how you were treated by your congressman and senator and vote someone else in!!! Wait your turn?? Chronological Order??? Good Grief.

Maggie

Where are you located and who have you contacted? The best thing to do is go to your senator's website, fill out the privacy form under the link to constituent's service, fax it in with your case information and Gary's timeline and call to follow up to get the name of the case worker and contact information. If the person is not aware of IMBRA or does not want to help you, go to another Senator. If neither local office has a clue or is inclined to help, contact another location of the Senator's office. In my experience, my congressman's office was of no help but perhaps that is worth a try as well. At this point, you need to work hard to find someone who can help you to get your RFE and get your case approved. I would start with another Senator rather than USCIS since they are usually more effective and have a direct way to contact the service center.

BTW, lack of the RFE is obviously the reason for your case delay - certainly not the "white" or "rich" issue as you posted in your other rather ridiculous thread.
