Hey everyone!

if someone can help!?

I've been approuved in Montreal nov 25th 2013 for my K1

I am still in AP (this is what the agent at visa sevices told me...) On csc it doesn't say nothing new...

The agent told me that when he look at my case it doesn't say anything about sending more doc...(witch is my worry...)

he told me to wait...again!

I've been reading sooooo many post and i dont understand when and how did they give you an 221g paper? is it the day of your interview?by mail?by email?

at the end of my interview, they gave me the letter says "Welcome to America" that's all.I'm so confiuse.

Is anyone as the similar issus?

is it because of the holidays?

what should i do beside waiting now???

did you try to contact the embassy you applied at by email

from what i have read a 221g should be given at time of interview

If more documentation etc isn't needed they may not hand out a 221g at the interview. AP is done for a variety of reason but most often in Canada it is because the person is not a citizen and is from a country where AP is common, is a naturalized citizen and originally from a country where AP is common, their family is from a country where AP is common, or they work in a field where the US will want to check them out more but generally a CV is asked for in that case. You have to wait for the name checks to be done and the AP to be finished. There isn't much you can do or that they tell you to help.
