Hola de nuevo chicos.

Hemos recibido el número de caso de la NVC y la recepción. El caso está en camino de NVC a Bogotá a partir de ahora. Fue tanto el petioner y el beneficiario reciben nada en el correo? Actualmente estoy viviendo con mi prometido en Montería y no se encuentren en los EE.UU..

Tengo más preguntas si alguien tiene tiempo para ayudarnos a cabo.


¿Ustedes tiene que hacer 4 citas?

Médico, de laboratorio, tecnología biométrica y la entrevista? que fueron capaces de hacer el doctor y el laboratorio el mismo día y los datos biométricos y entrevistar a un segundo dia? Does anyone know if our 11 year old requires both the medical and lab?

Por último, se le podrá descargar cualquier paquete o necesita recibir el correo directamente?

  • February 15, 2019 - Credit Card Charged;
  • February 19, 2019 - Electronic Notification Rec'd, Case Location LIN - Nebraska;
  • February 21, 2019 - Received NOA with 18 month extension for wife ONLY, not 14yo dependent who is on application;
  • March 12, 2019      - Notified USCIS that we never rcvd i797 for 14 yo minor, they provided a case # and submitted a Svc Request
  • May 2.2019             -  No forward motion, we called again and despite there was an officer assigned to this service request nothing happened/ no extension. We filed an InfoPass and have an appointment for Monday 6th for passport stamp.
  • May 6, 2019 - Attended InfoPass appointment in Philadelphia local USCIS local office for 930. This was for a never rcvd 797 for our 14yo dependent. Arrived 9:15, not crowded at all. No extra photos or fingerprint taken. We were in the car (lots of parking available) at 945. Pleasant female officer, she updated and checked for no changes. Stamped passport, explained is valid for 1 year. The took the green card which expired 5/4/19. No issues or problems.. I asked about the non receipt and she said it's pretty common.. 
  • August 23 - Biometrics NOA, scheduled for 9/3 @1pm
  • September 3 - Biometrics
  • September 4 -Fingerprint Review was completed
  • January 8 - ROC, Card Being Processed, Citizenship is next!
  • January 15 2020  - Cards Delivered

Hola!

1. El noa2 te tuvo q haber llegado a la dirección de USA que enviaron en el paquete, uscis no hace envio de correo fuera del país.

2. Cuando el paquete de petición llegue a la embajada ellos te enviaran el paquete de instrucciones que te adjunte en el mensaje anterior por email, si ha pasado una semana y no lo has recibido les escribes un correo y ellos te responden.

3. Primero agendas la fecha de tu entrevista, no la elijas muy cerca, más o menos un par de semanas de ventaja, ahí mismo te dice para cuando quieres la cita de huellas, lo puedes hacer el dia antes de la entrevista pues no te demoras mucho. (Como no vives en Bogotá, te recomiendo buscar un hotel cerca a la embajada)

4. Cuando tengas la fecha de entrevista llamas a uno de los doctores para la cita médica,la lista está en el paquete de instrucciones (Te recomiendo a Rodolfo Dennis) esas citas son en la tarde, entonces puedes madrugar ese mismo dia a hacerte los laboratorios en la mañana (debes ir en ayunas,no necesitas cita,ellos atienden de 6;45am a 10:00am entre más rápido llegues más rápido sales) te sacan muestra de sangre y rayos X de tórax (ellos le envían tus resultados al médico)

5. Si, tu niño necesita el examen médico y los laboratorios igual, además de la prueba cutánea de tuberculosis, ese examen es un poco demorado por lo que vas a necesitar pasar un poco mas de 3 dias en Bogotá.

6. El correo solo lo recibirá el beneficiario, ahí se explica que necesitas para el niño (básicamente los mismos documentos tuyos excepto por el certificado de antecedentes policiales) el paquete de instrucciones es el mismo que te envié antes.

Eve, toma mas o menos una semana en aparecer tu i94 online. Apenas lo puedas bajar vas con una copia y tu pasaporte a la oficina del seguro social que te quede cerca,alli te hacen unas preguntas y luego envian la tarjeta a tu casa.

Si he entendido, usted quiere traer a su hija con usted (ahora o más tarde) en su visa K1 aprobado. Ella tiene que ser menor de 18 años, soltera y tiene que haber sido incluido en la solicitud original de USCIS. Ella será capaz de venir con una visa K2 utilizando su caso.



Es necesario llenar una visa de no inmigrante D160 porque un K1 es una visa de inmigrante no de un solo uso que después se ajustó a una visa de inmigrante.



Pasos

Rellene D160 en su nombre, no el suyo. Asegúrese de guardar el número de solicitud tan pronto como se inicie o que necesita para empezar de nuevo;

Pagar la cuota de USD $ 265;

Haga una cita y un sistema biométrico designan (15 por encima de la necesidad esto creo)

Una vez que llegue cita, haga nombramiento de los médicos ..







Por favor, vuelva a comprobar todo antes de empezar. No soy un profesional, pero hice yo mismo y esta es mi experiencia.

La visa K2 tiene que estar dentro de un año de su fecha de aprobación cuando recibió su visa.

Bedoyita, que dice la carta del NVC? Que tipo de peticion te aprobaron?

Te pregunto porque si es el NVC quien está pidiendo el DS 260 es por que tu no vas a traer a tu hija con visa K2 sino con visa de inmigrante, en ese caso si debes llenar el DS260 ya que es otro proceso completamente diferente.

Tu le llenas el formulario y ella lleva la confirmación cuando tenga la cita en la embajada.
