You need a copy of your original birth certificate and an English translation with it. It does not matter what was in your K-1 file. This is a whole new, separate application. Anyone fluent in both languages can translate it > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

You may want to include the I-131 as well. The fees for it are also waived when filed with a pending I-485 and you never know if something might come up while waiting for your green card. I have seen too many posts from people wishing they had filed for the AP when they applied for AOS because an emergency came up, they needed to travel outside the US, and were frantically trying to get an emergency-expedited AP. The I-131 is a short form and easy to fill out. No explanation of why you want AP is required when filed with the I-485, and you can put Unknown for the date and length of trips.
