Hello, so I think I have completed the I134.... in my case, I have enough income to go over the 125% .... what do I attach to this? I have the letter of employment, last 3 year income tax and the tax transcripts for these years.... I have also attached my pay stubs for the last 3 months... Do I need to attach bank information documentation like statements or certificates of deposit? Anything else? Thanks!

If your income is above 125%, you do not need to include assets or bank information. Just send the evidence you already have, and you should be fine. For taxes, just send your tax return transcripts. No need to send copies of your taxes AND the transcripts, as the transcripts have all the information already there.

Your earned income support is sufficient - no need to provide documentation regarding assets.

Thank you, on the bottom where it says signature, do I have to sign or actually print my name as per the instructions on the USCIS website?

In the little box to the right under the Oath part, you print/type in your full name. If you mouse over that data field, it tells you that. Under that, you sign and date it where it asks.

We included the statement from the bank for the deposits, but I included many things that were not necessarily required. Why would I do that? Eliminate doubt and increase the opportunity for approval. I also included pay stubs and W2 forms but did not include tax returns. If i had the copies I would have carried them with me. I believe that everywhere you go and every person you speak with will have different interpretation of this. Encourage you to compile more than you think is required and have as backup, or, not. It is going to be easy interview and status changed to ISSUED within a month's time. peace.
