i am trying to be ahead and getting all the paper works ready so after our marriage, we could file immediately. i have questions about i-864 and i really really appreciate some help here. thanks.

on part 6 of i-864, number 5. says: my current individual income is: ____

my fiance's 2012 income was 15,300$. but last september of 2013, she got hired for a job that pays her 30k/yr. my question is. what income are we going to put on that part if we file the form by march of 2013. is it her 2012 income tax or her "current employment salary" ?

another question is. we are planning to have a co sponsor just to make sure we got this covered. and my aunt is willing to co sponsor for our application. she makes enough. my question is, i know she also needs to file the same form (i864) just like the principal sponsor and attached her 2012 Income tax and copy of all pages of her US passport. aside from these, what other documents that she needs to attached with her affidavit of support granting that her tax return can cover for the poverty guideline and there is no need to use assets? thank you so much for your response. merry christmas

You mean March 2014 right? ..By that time, your fiance's 2013 W2s will be available on both jobs,so whatever her total gross income will be her current individual income. If her 2013 income is not above the poverty guidelines you will definitely need a co-sponsor. Your co-sponsor also has to provide her 2013 W2 & ITR,employment letter and latest pay stubs.

If your fiance can file her 2013 ITR before March (since some company will start sending out W2s by end of Jan),you will be able to provide 2013 ITR same as the co-sponsor.

Your current income is your CURRENT income. This is not what you have made in the past, or what it says on your tax returns. If current salary is $30K/yr, then you write $30K as your current income. Provide evidence of this with pay stubs and employment letter.

This is correct. And just to add to that, your joint sponsor does not need to provide a copy of all pages of their US passport, just a copy of the biographical page. If the USC sponsor/spouse makes $30k a year and it is only the 2 of you, then you have no need for a joint sponsor.
