My first time posting here, let me know if I picked incorrectly the forum.

My case has been approved from USCIS.

I confirmed that Juarez's consulate has my case, they said they sent my letter one month ago but I haven't received yet (very likely because Mexico mailing it's slow), they said they will resend it. They also told me that I could start gattering what I need from the "Packet 3", the guy in the phone mentioned this forms:

DS 160

DS 156

DS 156 K

864

1. Is this what I'm going to receive in my letter? http://photos.state.gov/libraries/ciudadjuarez/231771/PDFs/k1k4.pdf or are this the form I need to fill overall? http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/fianceforms.html

My fiance didn't get his NOA2 either but we are pretty sure it was intercepted for who does not approve our marriage.

2. Should we request a new NOA2 letter or it's not necessary?

I started to fill the DS-160 but I had to stop in the vaccination part. I only have a one document about my vaccines tha tonly include one vaccine, I'm missing my kid's vaccine list.

3. What I should do, get my vaccines before the medical exam? They are going to vaccinate me on the appointment? Should I finish the DS-160 form right now or wait?

4. We choose Guadalajara's consulate but the case was sent to Juarez, Juarez is really far from where I am, even Mexico City is closer, there is a chance I can change to another consulate?

5. if I'm screwed with Juarez what should I do? make my medical appointment one day before the Consulate appointment or I have to go twice to Juarez?

Thank you very much, I'm starting to get really lost about everything.

Extra question. (It doesn't allow me to edit anymore)

6. We are having issues finding someone to co-sponsor, so far he has lots of savings but has been unemployed this year for 10 months so he can't report a lot of income. Savings won't matter in this case only the yearly income? We still need a co-sponsor?

1. What I have been using has been the first link you have. the USC should have received the NOA2. Please call USCIS and ask them to send it that it was never received. YOu will need it later when adjusting status.

2. Yes it is.

K1 visas do not require vaccinations, but please be sure to have them handy with you as they will be needed when you are in the US for adjustment of status. I am not sure about that kids' vaccines.

3. NO need.

4. No choice. Juarez is where these visas are processed. Please plan accordingly. YOu need to have the medical done one or two days before the interview and remember you also need to have that famous letter that never arrived, which you can get from the consulate window that opens at 6:30am. The fingerprints can be done at another consulate. The system lets you choose the consulate where you want your fingerprints, but you do need to travel to Juarez for the interview. My fiancé and I are in the same situation. He lives in Puebla :)

5. The medical appt. is on a first come first served basis, if you completed your fingerprints in Guadalajara a week or two weeks before, you can go in the morning before the interview to get the letter from the window and the medical done and then next day the interview. I am not too familiar if these procedures vary because you are taking kids with you so maybe someone else can give you some more input but that's pretty much a general picture. Good luck! PLease update your timeline and contact me should you have any questions :)

Thank you for your answer, I will update my timeline.

I don't have kids, by the way :)

I have a B1/B2 VISA, so I may not require to be taken again my fingerprints. I will need to confirm this information.

I will plan to get my medical exam in the same trip as my appointment in the consulate.

Thank you very much for your helpful answer.

OK, I'm updating my Case, I put some info in my timeline but I skipped some.

I got my confirmation letter from the consulate in the mail. (finally!)

I booked everything and I'm ready for my Interview on Feb 11.

I made the appointment for the medical exam on Feb 7.

I Have my appointment ASC Juarez on Feb 8

Form DS-160 is filled and submitted. I have the copy of all the documents submitted, photos and everything needed as proof of our relationship

I don't see any other same-sex couple in visa from my country in Visa Journey but everything should be fine. As far as I can read it's the same process so far. Wish me luck.
