What does "MSC" stand for at the beginning of my case numbers?

Timeline

All my 4 applications have case numbers that begin with MSC. Is it related to a certain "M" Service Center? Is it important to know these first three letters and if so, can I use them to estimate the processing time or anything else useful?

08-01-2007 - F-1 Visa

06-17-2009 - I met the love of my life!!!!!!!

12-12-2011 - Curricular Practical Training (CPT) begins

12-12-2012 - Curricular Practical Training (CPT) expired

12-12-2012 - Graduated from university!!!! Master of Science in Taxation

12-12-2012 - Optional Practical Training (OPT) begins

06-26-2013 - The Defence of Marriage Act of 1996 (DOMA) was declared unconstitutional!!!!!

07-01-2013 - We finally got married!!!!!

10-28-2013 - Mailed forms I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765 (lawyer-prepared)

11-01-2013 - (DAY 0) USCIS received forms I-130, I-131. I-485, I-765

12-04-2013 - (DAY 33) Biometrics taken for purpose of both forms I-485 and I-765

12-12-2013 - (DAY 41) Optional Practical Training (OPT) expired --> I had to stop working and driving my car

01-06-2014 - (DAY 66) I received my EAD/AP card in the mail! (Valid from 12/31/2013 through 12/30/2014)

01-07-2014 - (DAY 67) I came back to work again!!!! Hooray!

01-12-2014 - (DAY 72) I called USCIS to ask when will I receive my interview appointment letter and they said it may take up to 6 months for the Dallas office because they are backlogged.

01-13-2014 - (DAY 73) I was able to renew my driver license!!! Hooray!

03-10-2014 - (DAY 126) I received an email from USCIS to notify that our interview is scheduled for April 10, 2014.

04-10-2014 - (DAY 157) INTERVIEW DATE - WENT AWESOMELY GREAT!

04-20-2014 - (DAY 167) Green Card (Valid for 2 years with conditions)

02-22-2016 - Filed Form I-751 (Removal of Conditions) - Lawyer-prepared

03-29-2016 - Biometrics taken

04-20-2016 - 2 year Green Card Expired - Using the Notice of Action that extends my green card to 04-20-2017

08-24-2016 - I received a notification that the green card is being produced!

I-130 = Petition for Alien Relative

I-485 = Adjustment of Status

I-131 = Application for Travel Document (also known as "Advance Parole")

I-765 = Employment Authorization

I-797C = Notice of Action

I-751 = Removal of Conditions on Green Card

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

11/20/2013 (DAY01) Package delivered to Chicago and signed by CHYBA
11/26/2013 (DAY06) NOA Text messages and emails received

12/05/2013 (DAY16) Biometrics letter recieved for 12-19-2013

12/09/2013 (DAY20) Biometrics done in Buffalo (early walk in)

12/18/2013 (DAY29) I-485 status changed to testing and interview

01/06/2014 (DAY 48)- Interview notice for February 10

01/24/2014 ( DAY 66)- EAD AND AP approved

01/30/2014 ( Day 72)- EAD combo card arrived

02/10/2014 (Day 83) Interview date : APPROVED on the spot!! Passport stamped and card production ordered.

February 18 : GC received. Free until November 2016
