4 months since tranfer

Hi guys I am so fractured I don't know what to do need your help guys.In Aug 2013 I got transfer from vermont office to Nebraska service center its been 4 months now I send a lot of emails to NSC I called uscis 800 number but nothing happen and today I called them and ask to talk with supervisor she said your application in NSC and right now they working on it but can't give u any time how long they gonna take.so my question is it normal or something fishy.please guys reply me.thanks

I'm in your boat. We got transferred in Sept 2013 from Vermont to Nebraska and we're still waiting. According to USCIS we're still in their processing timeframe...so frustrating!!!

I am hoping it won't take much longer but there is no way to know what they will do.

Yes I emails them a lot like 2 every week but they said we can't help u u have to wait

Hey Mrs Adnan I saw your time line says it is October 2012 it is more then a year , please call them and ask them because priority date already exceed it is 12 Feb 2013,

I bet something is missing , or may be they asked for some reference from you !

Just want to confirm we are talking about CR1/IR1 Spuse visa for citizen and also there was no other expedite request applied ?

I applied in Oct 2012 when I was on green card but in Aug I got citizenship so they updated my status now they take me as citizen but since they updated in Oct2013 so they take me as a Oct 2013 filler.

NO, this is not normar, you need to get your congressman involved.

same thing happened to me 3 years ago, my husbands petition was approved but they never forwarded the application to National visa center. they kept saying oh your application is at this or that office, after 6 months of running back and fourth to different offices, i finally decided to go to my congress mans office. then the staff from congressman's office figured that my application was lost, so they asked for a new application, and transferred the case to NVC over night.
