Hi to all members VJ. i have questions; me with my fianceé we want to refile for new I129F; because we file one I129F before meeting in person; we didnt khow about requirment of meeting in last 2 years; ;now we are waiting answer from USCIS for deny the first I129F; and we plane refile; what is the best moment to refile ? do we have to wait ? do we have to include the lettre of deny of the first I129F with the new I129F with all documents and money order ? any advices thanks

Your pending I-129F has zero chance of being approved, you should withdraw it and re-file. You don't need to wait until USCIS denies the I-129F to withdraw it, since that would somewhat defeat the point.

You won't get the filing fee returned, however.

I would meet 2 or more times. The consulate seems to really prefer to see more than one visit and if you plan on refiling and spending the money, stress, time, and effort into an entire new petition you should try to make it as perfect and worthwhile as possible to avoid any disappointments such as a denial especially because Casablanca is considered a high-fraud, difficult consulate.

Has she met your family? Does her family know you or know of you?

If she hasn't, this would be a perfect time to begin to plan another trip and arrange to spend some time developing relationships with your family in addition to visits out of town to sight see! Maybe bring some relatives along for your trip to those awesome cities and get to know your future wife

Unfortunately, sometimes the consulate considers getting engaged after only one visit a red flag, so I'd still recommend more than one visit. But regardless, best of luck! We all know how hard it is being away from the one you love so stay strong and positive and insha'allah you guys will be reunited!

Don't wait for the denial. The USC petitioner can send a letter to the service center that has you case and ask for the petition to be withdrawn. Once you have confirmation of the withdrawal, then re-file and make sure to include everything that is required.
