hello...

would like to ask. we just got approved on our NOA2 last Dec.4, 2014..received a letter as well...waiting on our case number on NVC.

will our AOS and DS-230 package be accepted though its send in advance with our I130? or my husband have to make a new one?

well let me provide you by this link bellow that will give you an idea about the NVC steps you will go through here it is :

and i want you to know that the DS230 is not acceptable nowadays it was replaced by DS260 online form and you will have to call the NVC after 2 weeks from today to get your case number and invoice identification number and the beneficiary identification number for filling this form online

another question please....was it needed original copy certificates and original signature? how about just scan the documents and i will just show the original copies during the interview...is it possible?

Originals or ceritified copies. No scan accepted to NVC
