Find who is the beneficiary's district representative. Most of then have websites from which you can submit your request for help with a federal agency. Fill out the form, explain your situation in your own words. Then you will be able to print your request and fax it to the representative's office. They will be in touch with you.

Thank you Califronia_luv, quick question do you contact the senator in your county or the state senator? Do you email them with the I-797C ? I couldn’t find the fax number for state senator its says only email.

Hi I write this to sanator

I am writing this to inquire about the status of my I130 petition #LINXXXXX filled for my spouse dated Dec XX, XXXX.

1. Look into our cases at USCIS NSC (Nebersaka service center), and have the immigration officers confirm the security check requests have actually been sent to the proper agencies and when;

2. Look into the corresponding agencies and have them to explain to you what exactly bogged down our cases;

3. Urge the corresponding agencies to expedite (or rather, not to further delay) finishing our security checks;

4. Urge the corresponding agencies to expedite sending the security check results back to the USCIS NSC;

5. Urge the immigration officer at USCIS NSC to expedite our cases.meIt is outside normal processing time.

Don't lose hope guys, we recieved our I-130 email approval today after almost 10 months of waiting. I would suggest contacting the senator of state along with any and all congressman in your area. I started doing this about 2 weeks ago and all of a sudden we were approved. Best of Luck to all.

More good news...

We just got approved! I haven't felt this relieved in such a long time. To the rest of you waiting, don't lose your head; approval is coming soon.

NOA1 12/24/13, approved 10/10/14

I thought I would just update to say I got an email today saying our I-130 has been approved!!!! FINALLY!!! Amazingly my email says the decision was made October 11, but I only just got the email today. Also interesting that it finally moved forward within days of my filing a service request, getting my senator involved and kicking up a general fuss.

Those of you who are still waiting, I hope you hear some good news very very soon!

Yes i did on ncscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov and no response

If 21 days has been passed after emailing to nscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov then email to scopsscata and tell them the whole story. it will respond promptly like in 2 to 5 days.
