hey everybody,

my wife came over on a k1 fiance visa almost 4 years ago and shortly after that received her permanent resident (green) card. last month she lost it and we're kind've freaking out. i know we have to fill out the i-90, pay the fee and give certain documents. it is the documents that i am worried about. all we have is her UK passport and her USA social security card. we have the original of the conditional permanent resident card she had before we got her current 10-year one but that is expired. there is no copy of her active green card. we also have her expired k1 visa that is installed into her UK passport.

what can we do?

thanks guys!

Her A# is the same - start filling out online I-90 and see where it gets you. You have a copy of the old GC, they can look up the rest in the USCIS systems.

Go file a police report on loss of green card if you haven't done so already.
