I really need a help..please someone direct me

I-130 petition (Indian)

F2b category

Priority date – 2011 January 9

I got a mail from USCIS on November 22 2013 that we have approved this I-130 immigrant petition for relative, fiancé or orphan.

Family-Sponsored Visa Bulletin says 2006 May is the cut-off-date (India) at the moment. So my priority date does not meet the current date. Question - Why USCIS has approved my case so early, it’s almost 4 to 5 years waiting there for me? Doesn’t make any sense for approval

What should I do and what should I expect (any letter) from NVC?

Thanks in advance..

You can expect NVC to contact you (or your petitioner) a year prior to your PD becoming current, some time in 2017.

They will put your case in storage someplace until then.
