On 18 November our case was transferred to taxes office which is our local office

Taxes processing time is in 12 February 2013

Is that mean that the approval is close bec. We filed i130 in 5 April

And I read about the processing time in taxes

They don't have large pending cases

So any bady has an idea about the waiting time

Because um done with waiting

And I tried to get b1/b2 visa to see my wife

They told me that I have to wait for i130.

I told them that the uscis have a workload and I have to wait additional 6 month

They said that : this information is wrong

And they said to me that I should call the uscis to get my approval because the processing time for our case is over

So nothing to do except waiting

Your case is well within the current "normal" processing times. Also, the memo that came with your transfer notice told you to call them if you don't get approved within 60 days of the transfer date.
