Input front loading for high risk countries needed.

I would like some feedback for which high risk countries front loading is advisable. I believe besides Nigeria most Sub-Saharan African and

East African countries do. Feed back anyone ?

Front loading comes up frequently and submitting 5 photos, chats and emails are not going to cut it.

Members in high risk countries are ill advised at times by others who say it was enough for them so it should be enough for

anyone else, forgetting they go through no risk countries.

I suggested to admin that a note be added in the guides somewhere about front loading for certain countries.
I would like feed back on specific countries to be included please.

Mods please move to embassy discussion forum if needed or perhaps I will post a separate thread there later.

The problem with any "great method" is that once it gets posted online it is only a short time before those that are USING a US person to gain entry to the US will be coping that method it great detail hoping to convince the CO of the reality of a fabricated relationship. So the fronted loaded petition goes from "wow look at the work this couple did " to " gee here is another 12 pound mound of junk created to distract us from the real holes in the relationship " I am sure the intake people in Lagos have seen the average petition size double or quadruple in mass over just the last very years. If you read through the posts from the CO on the Nairaland forum they even state that an overly front loaded petition has become a red flag of fraud.

Yes, I have read that forum and understand that the commenting CO feels it can be a fraud indicator and I agree your points made

are valid.
I assume members here will submit a quality and not too ridiculously over loaded package that shows genuine evidence of

a relationship from start to current. A consistent "flow" of ongoing communication from varies means.
While an adjudicator may moan and a CO may groan over a thicker packet I believe it is still relevant for new members

to understand that being advised to send 5 photos, chats and emails will be not be sufficient, especially for being refused for lack of

bona fide the first time around.
Emphasis is on quality not "filler" stuff which any CO worth his salt can easily see through. Fabricated fillers will come with their own

flashing neon signs.
If the complaining CO's would not play the 'not bona fide game' with so many genuine couples day in and day out then they would not have to

be faced with an increased burden of 12# of bona fide proof presented with in the future. Cause and effect.
I rather see a couple succeed armed with knowledge than be refused and returned and let the CO's sort out the copy cats with fillers.

The problem with "high fraud" consulates is they got that tag for a reason. It almost always has to do with the average behavior of the people that walk through the door. People that fail to get a visa with one passport and show up later with a different one, people who present all sorts of forgeries they buy from "visa agents" The consulate knows how many spousal/fiance visas survive the first few years based on how many of those people file for ROC with a waiver and how many are just deported for outright fraud. Each one of these people makes the metrics of "good" visas drop and raise the bar for the next person. Anyone can photo shop or manufacture evidence , I can get 100 affidavits about the truthfulness of the relationship for less than a decent dinner, What matters most is the ability of the interviewee to convince the CO they have a reasonable relationship despite what the metrics and red flags may point to. To many enter the embassy thinking the visa is a done deal and get caught ill prepared and some get tripped up by the impossible to answer question like what happened in our first interview. . The paper work just prepares the CO for the questions it is up to the person on the other side to be able to answer those question in the proper manner

I hear ya Ebunoluwa. I grow so tired of "I submitted the required Marriage certificate. They asked for nothing else why did I get denied" or "I thought all we had to do was meet within the 2 years". People need to stop. And you are rght quality frontloading really you can't fake the funk cuz a CO will and has interviewed and seen through all that wahala.

Just in the last year I have seen time and time again denials not from evidence submitted but from how the interviewee responded to questions they should have known and a CO will come out of left field with that stuff and rightly so.

So I am all for the frontloading (sniff I want to petition somebody now....hehe)

Okay seriously though. As I have told so many people who have asked me what to submit and how to submit. I say your petition should be your love story a page turner each page giving a snapshot of your lives together and apart but building that future that you will someday have together.

1000 pages of sex chats (yes someone I know did that and denied) hardly tells anything but that you are horny. LOL

Everyone needs to step away and look at your stack of evidence with a CO's eyes and say if you didn't know these people (and a CO don't know you) what does this stack of evdience tell me about them. And you sure can show feelings, emotions and attitudes in those chats, skype's, IM's emails and letters.

So people hear Ebunoluwa and follow and lets get those approvals the first time around.

I regret sending all that chat log stuff now. But didn't know then. I had three affidavits all where present at my wedding and I included the pics to prove it.1 was my broinlaw and 2 were friends that traveled with me to 9ja one being a Nigerian national who is living in the us. both were part of the wedding. I hope that adds weight cause im tired of living apart from my husband and I cant move out there right now.

You regret sending it or not sending it ? You just had 3 affidavits and photos and no communication evidence, sorry I am not

clear on what you meant.

i regret i sent so much. like too much chat logs and phone records inlight of the new information of how the consulars view big packets. and i knew what they thought of affidavits beinf kinda worthless but im hopingthe ones i submitted might hold a little weight.

in the end have to proof you are still communicating and have an ongoing relationship and have not bailed out.
Of course one has more if several different means are used as well.

I have been reading a lot about this front loading theories. Sadly we didn't submit much with the I-130, only copy of marriage certificate, change of name notification, 3 wedding pictures with both set of parents and that's all. We did not put chat logs, phone logs or email logs, even though we have 3 years Phone, Facebook and Skype logs. Just did not think it fit to put them. Now the petition is at NVC and we are about to send in the AOS package, do you think it won't be awkward to send relationship evidence at this stage?

I do not think we have any red flag as the age difference is 5yrs, beneficiary is Nigerian, petitioner is a Nigerian with US LPR and has visited Nigeria 3 times in 3yrs. The only think that may raise flags is lack of relationship evidence in my own opinion. What do you make of it? Do we go ahead and put this evidence at NVC stage?

Add the exttra evidence to the IV Package when you send. This is what is called side-loading.

The whole point of all this is to have the evidence in the CO's hands at interview time. Bringing the evidence to interview most times is too late.

So all that stuff you have please do submit. No harm and it can very well help you.

Anymore African countries here that have established the fact that front loading is needed?

Any other countries anywhere ? Trying to get countries to submit to admin for a note in the guides.

Can't do that if I do not get feedback for which countries !
