I 134 Is Pissing me Off.

Need Adobe Acrobat help here.

I'm filling out the I-134, and whenever I enter my (the USC) birthdate, it fills out automatically the date of petition submission. If I correct the date in one, it changes it in the other.

The form must have the date fields linked, but obviously they shouldn't be. Anyone know a way to turn this off?

Pissed me off too! Left it blank, then filled date in by hand after printing.

Two suggestions,

Use the latest version of adobe reader, the current version is 8.

I had that problem too. I wrote the dates in by hand.

I used the example forms from this site and just added my info. on them.

I had the same problem, what I did is download Adobe pro 30 day trial version. I can even create forms. Create pdf's from other documents. You can even save forms to your computer that are not normally saveable.

Adobe Pro didn't make a difference with this problem for me. I'm planning on just filling the parts out by hand that it's doing that with.

Or why not do what I did. Fill it out, print only the first page.

Then, change the date on the second page and print only the second...

Seems easier to just fill in the dates by hand, to me... But that'd work too if you're worried about it being all typed
