Hi i need your help.during the submisdion iv application thru ceac.state.gov for my accompanying child when im going to submit the ds260 there is an error about the case number.should i enter my case number coz my son will accompany with me?because the error like this the case number you entered did not match the case number during sign in..,HELP please

Hey guys, I and we know that all people with PD before 08-Sep-2013 their cases are complete and waiting IL.

Also, PD after 08-Sep-2013 started to send their documents and paying the fees.

As we can see most of people sent their documents end of February and beginning of March and it should take 60 days to review it means NVC has to finish our cases because our date is coming. (They should finish in less than 60 days)

Suppose next VB is 08-Sep-2013 all their case complete.

Following one (June VB I feel will be big jump) will receive IL in 1st week of May for June-2015 interview so cases have to be completed before at least end of April,2015.

I am just sharing my thinking and I'm waiting the case to be completed :) good luck every one :)

I wish we had been told to start the process long before now, but the good news is that some people have their cases completed before 60 days, i do not know if they give preference to the F2A category considering we have been waiting for long. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/536896-scan-dates-case-completes-cc/ Look at this spread sheet, you can see NVC processing time is reducing, i hope for the very best while praying for no checklist. We can't even call at the end of the month because we do not have case complete, we can only wait till the VB comes out to know how far it would advance, i think it might cut off mid Sept, maybe 22-09-2013. ( WILD GUESS, THIS IS N :)T A PREDICTION )

You need to call NVC to check the problem...

My interview experienced

Hi guys,my interview experienced at the US EMBASSY Manila Philippines
I arrived at the embassy around 3:30 am and I was number 11 on the line
Around 5:00 AM the guard let us in and there were 2 woman collecting the
documents :
1.DS260 confirmation page
2.Appoinment letter first page only
3.Passport
and then returned it to me with my passport inside the plastic and delivery
infromation sheet.You have to fill it out later for your visa delivery
Next I went inside for body and bag checking
Then I proceed to :
Step 1.finger print scanning and the woman asked me DS260 confirmation
page andAppoinment letter she wrote something on it and returned it to me
.And then she told me to go directly to step 2.
waiting time 2 minutes only before step 2
Step 2.Pre Screening Filipino consul.
He asked me the following documents because we only sent a xerox
copy to NVC.
:NSO Birth Certificate
:NSO Marriage Contract
:NBI
:CENOMAR/CEMAR
:Medical report
I submitted all those documnets
Questions
A.What is your Full name and Birth date?
B.Who is your petitioner?
C.When did you get married?
D.when was the last time he visited you.?
E.How did you know each other ?
F.Do you have a pictures together?
And that's all he then told me to go directly to step4 for final
interview and OATh taking.
waiting time before step 4 almost 2 hrs of sitting and waiting before the
consul called my # and I don't know why the're not using there screen to
show numbers.
Step 4. American Consul.( a woman and she was very nice.)
First I took oath after that she directly asked me a questions
Questions:
A.Your Full name and date of Birth?
B.who is your petitioner?
C.How long have you been married ?
D.Do you have kids?
E.what is your husband's job?
F.where does he work?
G.when did you get married?
H.how did you know each other?
I.what is his adress?
J.how many times he visited you ?
And that's all she said ( well everything looks good you may now go to step
5 for releasing.And then I said thak you very much!!!
Step 5: Releasing this time you will know if you have 221g.
1. woman asked me my ds260 confirmation page again
2. what is your full name and date of birth
and then she said alright everything is fine you may now go to 2go
counter for passport and visa pocket delivery.
2GO counter woman only asked me the delivery information sheet wherein you
have fill out all the details for delivery of your visa pocket.
And then I'm done around 9:30 am with a smile in my face and hungry
stomach,
All you have to do guys just be honest for every details everything will be
fine....

About next VB It will not affect on me or you if it moved to even after 15-Sep-2013 we will wait until June VB at least case should be complete.

You are right, I think if our cases would be current in May VB , NVC would have contacted us earlier, June it is then,mam not hoping for a May interview any way. Hoping for the very best and keeping faith alive.

No basis, just a wild guess. Am seriously praying it would advance so that you can adjust your status, we are still at NVC even if my priority date gets current, I can't get an IV letter my case is yet to be completed. Hang in there and keep hope alive.

Am sure it was an error, I want it badly in May 2015 lol..... Soonest it would be over, coming this far it's a huge relief, am glad soonest I would be done.

. How to send scanned documents to nvc?

I did not send scanned docs i sent hard copies of the reqts the scan date i was talking about is by the time nvc receives your package they will send u an email telling that they received the docs and the docs will be reviewed for 60day

I want to mention something, while I'm filling ds260 it didn't ask me the beneficiary ID# I don't know why :(

In their DS260 sample shows place for it but it didn't show up while I'm filling it

Is everyone same as me or what?

I just need clarification

I did not need it as well,I think it was needed in the older version of the form and now not anymore. There is nothing to worry about. Best of luck to us all.
